Why Recruitment?

Recruitment is not only an opportunity to grow our fraternity and welcome thousands of new brothers, sisters, and siblings each semester, but it is vital to P.A.D.'s continued livelihood.

New members are the future of our fraternity; they could soon be your chapter's next slate of officers, the next member to attend Pre-Law Conference, join P.A.D. in law school and attend Convention, or even become a District Justice as an alum, then serve on P.A.D.'s International Board.

New members foster growth, bring new ideas and methods to operations, and establish new bonds in our brother/sister/siblinghood.

The following is a library of resources for you and your chapter as you recruit each fall and spring semester.
