In addition to lawyers having the lowest health and well being of all professionals, The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity exercise, such as brisk walking.

The 2020 Walk to Convention competition is an opportunity to participate in pre-Convention activities while supporting health and friendly, fraternal competition.

Prizes for those who complete the challenge are TBA.

Lawyers have the lowest health and well being of all professionals, study finds [AFR]. In support of the profession, Phi Alpha Delta established the P.A.D. Health Initiative to begin to help combat some of the physical and mental health issues among pre-law and law students, and attorneys.

By creating a supportive health-based community, Phi Alpha Delta and our members support healthy lifestyles and habits for themselves and with each other. For additional resources for mental health issues, please click here.
