Donate Today AboutPhi Alpha Delta’s 123rd Founders’ Day is November 8, 2025. In honor of our founding day, P.A.D. will host our Founders’ Week celebration from November 4-8, 2025. This week offers members the opportunity to celebrate Phi Alpha Delta while supporting our programs and membership; expanding our network; acknowledging our members’ contribution to service and the core values; and benefiting from national programming and networking events. This week will also highlight the ninth annual P.A.D. International Foundation’s Founders’ Day of Giving. #PADFoundersDay Donate to the Day of Giving More Information about theInternational Foundation Day of Giving The 9th Annual P.A.D. Founders’ Day of Giving is being hosted Saturday, November 8th, 2025 during Founders’ Week. With a fundraising goal of $10,000, donations enable Phi Alpha Delta and the P.A.D. International Foundation to provide leadership training, professional development, diversity and inclusion education, chapter trainings, community service events, and scholarship/grant opportunities. Donate Now2025 Donor Honor Roll  Fraternity-Wide Virtual Initiation Join Phi Alpha Delta for the next Fraternity-wide virtual initiation ceremony on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 8:00 pm Eastern Time/5:00 pm Pacific Time. All P.A.D. members are invited to participate to be initiated, welcome new members, and recommit to Phi Alpha Delta by taking the Oath of Membership. We will be spotlighting P.A.D. members who are making a significant impact through their programming, leadership, and commitment to our core values. We’ll do our best to highlight as many remarkable contributions as possible on this special day! Worthy recipients will receive a P.A.D. Leadership Coin reflecting the core value they are nominated for, be listed on www.PAD.org, and featured on social media and marketing channels.
