Phi Alpha Delta’s core values include compassion, courage, diversity, innovation, integrity, professionalism, and service. They are best exhibited through service to the student, school, profession, and community.

P.A.D. members may submit this form to acknowledge and thank someone who has embodied a P.A.D. core value in their work for the fraternity, with their school, in the profession, or in their community. Recipients must be P.A.D. members or P.A.D. affiliates; such as sponsors, school administration staff, P.A.D. partners, etc.

Worthy recipients will receive a P.A.D. Leadership Coin reflecting the core value they are nominated for and may be featured on social media and marketing channels. Nominations are reviewed and processed by the Phi Alpha Delta Executive Office.

Each nomination costs $20.00. This payment covers processing fees and, in the case the nomination is honored, shipping and coin fees to the recipient. All proceeds, including fees paid for denied nominees, support the P.A.D. International Foundation in its work to support leadership training, diversity and inclusion initiatives, professional development, P.A.D. events and programs, chapter education and support, and scholarships.
