NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE AND NOMINATIONS PROCESS

Click here to review the 2024 Nominations Committee Report submitted to the International Justice by the Nominations Committee Chair on May 18, 2024.

Below you will find important information regarding the 2024 Nominations Committee and Nominations Process. If you have any questions regarding either the Committee or the Process after reviewing the information on this page, please email Executive Director Andrew Sagan at andrew@pad.org.

As explained in the Committee Charge issued by the International Justice, the Nominations Committee is tasked with vetting candidates for each of the positions on the International Executive Board and International Tribunal. Once the Nominations Committee has completed its vetting process, it is required to submit to the International Justice a report slating one (1) candidate for each position on the International Executive Board and International Tribunal. The International Justice then directs the Executive Director to publish that report to the general membership.

Pursuant to the Nominations Process, the International Justice appoints a member to serve as the Nominations Committee Chair and P.A.D. members from each district are appointed to serve as representatives to the Nominations Committee. The 2024 Nominations Committee Chair is Kathleen "Kitty" Maloney. To review a list of members serving on the 2024 Nominations Committee, please click here.
