Join the GWU Pre-Law Chapter as They Walk to Support the American Cancer Society

To illustrate our dedication to the chapter's core values of service and compassion, we have joined with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life program and are beginning to formulate our team and fundraise for this wonderful cause.
This year, over 1.4 million Americans will hear the words "You have cancer." I know too many people who are touched by cancer: my mother has been a survivor for the past ten years while one of my best friends lost his father to cancer last July, these stories along with countless others are why GW's Phi Alpha Delta chapter has committed to raise at least $1,000 in just 79 days.
At Relay For Life we celebrate loved ones who have won their battle against cancer, remember those who are no longer with us, and fight back against this disease that touches so many. Our chapter is determined to make a difference and will be walking on April 14th at 7 P.M. in the Learner Health & Wellness Center on GW's campus to support the cause.
