Though P.A.D. Alumni, Law, and Pre-Law Chapters face different challenges, there are many common threads which bind them together. Having the opportunity to work collaboratively with students from other law schools, colleges, and universities from around the country is a rare opportunity.

Expect to carve relationships to last a lifetime and take home personal and professional leadership skills that will help your local chapter and you as an individual. We are seeking chapter leaders who desire to grow their chapter and ultimately our fraternity as a whole.

WHEN: July 14-15, 2017

WHERE: Hyatt Regency Crystal City
2799 Jefferson Davis Hwy

Arlington, VA 22202

The agenda features a variety of small group activities, workshops, and keynote speakers that seek to develop:
  • Communication and time management
  • The power of a shared vision and creating a personal vision for your chapter
  • Individual accountability and confrontation skills
  • Delegation skills and investing in your followers

We look forward to welcoming all current and future P.A.D. leaders!
