In order to vote and/or run for a position in the Orlando Alumni Chapter, you must be listed on the official chapter roster. To be added to the official chapter roster, please email Emily Baranoski at Emily@pad.org.

If you would like to run for a position on the Orlando Alumni Chapter Executive Board, or if you would like to nominate someone, please send an email to Orlandoalumnichapter@gmail.com no later than August 21, 2017, with your name and the position you will be running for. Nominations will be taken from the floor the night of elections for positions in which no one is running.

Each candidate will have 1-2 minutes to make a speech to the body of voters. Voting will be in the following order: (1) Justice (2) Vice Justice (3) Clerk (4) Treasurer (5) Marshal. Elections will be held in a drop-down format. If you run for a position and are not elected, you may drop down and run for any position that has not yet been voted on.

In the event of a contested election, the individuals running may have one person speak on their behalf. All candidates will make their speeches and will then leave the room for their representative to speak on their behalf. In the event of any contested election, the individual with the most amount of votes will win.

Please RSVP to orlandoalumnichapter@gmail.com if you plan on attending elections. You may attend even if you do not RSVP, but I ask that you RSVP so we have an idea of how many people will be in attendance.
