ABOUT BROTHER DAVID A. BENAMY
Brother David Benamy was a dedicated P.A.D. His attendance at Conventions since 1988 (when he joined P.A.D. at Yeshiva University in New York City), service as a District XXI Justice, Alumni Chapter Justice and Marshal and, most recently, Clerk of the New Jersey Statewide Alumni Chapter, are merely a few examples of his support, passion and dedication for his Fraternity. His influence in the Fraternity for the past 25 years will be remembered. He is missed.

ABOUT SISTER AMANDA "AJ" VILLMER
Sister Amanda “AJ” Villmer was dedicated to Phi Alpha Delta. She began in P.A.D. as a Pre-Law Member at Florida State University and was later initiated into Mentschikoff Chapter at St. Thomas University School of Law 1999. She served P.A.D. with pride and passion as a chapter officer, then as District Justice, and became a mentor and friend to hundreds of law students. AJ passed away at the young age of 34 in 2011. She will be missed, but her legacy not forgotten.

ABOUT BROTHER ALLAN JAY ATLAS
Brother Allan Jay Atlas was a dedicated member of Rasco Chapter. He served as the Chapter Justice and later as District Justice in Florida. He attended 14 consecutive Conventions, starting in 1978 as a delegate for Rasco Chapter, then as DJ, and then as n alumni chapter representative. He last attended Convention in 2004 in Los Angeles. Brother Allan carved out a niche as the closer of nominations at the International Officer elections at Convention. He will be remembered by his brothers and sisters in Phi Alpha Delta, who knew and worked with him, and knew of his love and abiding faith in our Fraternity.

ABOUT BROTHER JACK MILLER
Brother Jack Miller was dedicated to Phi Alpha Delta. He was initiated into Benton Chapter at University of Missouri-Kansas City Law School on March 10, 1976. He served P.A.D. with pride and passion as International Justice and later welcomed into the Distinguished Service Chapter. Brother Miller passed away on September 2, 2015. Jack will be missed, but his legacy not forgotten. Jack is survived by his loving wife Beverly, daughter Lindsey (Jay Chapter) and son Eric (Morgan Chapter).

ABOUT BROTHER J. DEREK HILL
This grant has been established in honor of retired Brigadier General J. Derek Hill. General Hill has over 29 years of military service to our nation and is a long serving member of P.A.D. for over 35 years. His last military assignment was the Deputy Adjutant General, Air, for the Iowa National Guard. Prior to that assignment, Derek was the Director of Emergency Management for the State of Iowa and the Governor’s Homeland Security Advisor. In P.A.D., Derek has served as a chapter officer of Hull Chapter, District Justice, International Associate Tribune, International Secretary, and International Justice. He has received P.A.D.’s Meritorious Service Award and is a member of the Distinguished Service Chapter. Derek is married to fellow P.A.D. Rhonda Hill. They currently reside on Desert Mountain in Arizona.

ABOUT BROTHER RHONDA HILL
This grant has been established in honor of Rhonda Hill. Rhonda’s involvement in P.A.D. began as a law student in 1980 when she joined P.A.D.’s Chester C. Cole Chapter where she served as its Justice. Rhonda’s P.A.D. experience includes service as a District Justice for two different Districts, a recipient of the Meritorious Service Award, and membership in the Distinguished Service Chapter. In 2008, Rhonda was elected International Justice and was again honored to be elected International Justice in 2010. She is the only woman to have served two terms as International Justice and is the only person since the 1950’s to serve concurrent terms as International Justice. Rhonda is married to fellow P.A.D. J. Derek Hill. They currently reside on Desert Mountain in Arizona.
